Great location, easy access. Perfect space for a party or small event. We did a friends birthday here and had a blast! Pretty decent space for standing room and dancing.

Had a friends birthday here recently and it is a great place to throw an event, the host was extremely accommodating and made all processes very smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Great space. Rented it for a birthday party. Owner was easy to communicate and work with and helpful with questions I had leading up to the event. Definitely recommend utilizing for any events you may have!

Amazing and professional studio space and location for any other NYC based artists! I've rented twice from there and the staff was incredibly helpful in hosting a going away party for my best friend as well as hosting an opening event for my jewellery company where we had an onsite photographer taking photos of guests in my jewellery! I 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Rosie for being the absolute best and most accommodating!!!
