Great experience! Our photographer, Cat, was exceptional! She's a delightful person and works very well with babies. Every one of her shots were top notch. Even when our little one became fussy, she managed to calm him enough to capture some wonderful stills. We got lucky with this one. Hope you do too! Thanks, Cat!

Our photographer was AMAZING! We went in for the awkward photoshoot trend as a gift for our parents but our photographer was so much more excited than we were. AND SHE KILLED IT! She had poses all ready to go and they came out gorgeous! We really can’t wait to get these photos in our hands. We used to come here all the time as kids for Valentine’s Day and Christmas. My little brother used to always be crying and hate getting his photo taken so I’m happy to report he didn’t cry or argue once. He was having fun because of our photographer’s great energy! 10/10 would recommend.

So unprofessional. Horrible pictures and they don’t retake them . They force u to pay or pay the fee if y don’t want anything . It’s ridiculous . Someone needs to manage this place better . And hire a professional photographer and better staff.

This place is fantastic for the holidays. I booked the appointment a month in advance to avoid limited slots. We had pleasure of doing Christmas maternity shoots with gigi. She gave us good parenting advice and was very accommodating to my needs and big belly. I love the backgrounds to choose from, super festive and professional. The spotlight shots and props made our photos come to light. She didnt rush through anything and was giving good directions and pays attention to details like angles and physical appearance ( sometimes my hair has a mind of its own). She was nice enough to give us a coupon to buy the whole digital album and those with big families can benefit greatly from their $40 memberships. I also love how easy shutterfly is to use for downloading and even get christmas cards on time. We plan on getting metal and regular canvases to decorate our new home! Amazing prices and options

When we arrived, the waiting room was very limited on seating, we waiting standing at the front for at least 10 minutes without being noticed. We had an appointment and waited over 45 minutes after our appointment time to get our photos taken. While we were waiting a photographer asked to go on break and was denied their break, they were visibly frustrated. Our name finally gets called and our first thought was- great, we get the frustrated employee rushing to go on break. Surprisingly, he was the only pleasant part about this whole experience. He was very guiding and took very good photos, he’s the only reason I give this place 2 stars. We waited another 30 minutes before we were able to view the photos, selected which ones we wanted on our canvas and then left. We were never notified on when our canvas would be ready, no call, no email, nothing. Finally got our canvas and the photos aren’t centered on the collage properly, which left about a 2 inch blank space on the bottom of the canvas and a 1/2 inch space on the top. This was poorly put together and EXTREMELY over priced for the poor quality that we received. The overall experience was horrible.
