Went in to have my father's 70th birthday photo printed. They initially told us they were doing some work but I noticed all their furniture and equipment was missing which was strange. They said that it would take about a week to get done and 2 weeks go by with no call from them. I then call for a follow up and am told they closed the Leonia location and only have their Manhattan and Flushing location so I would then need to go pick up. I told them to get it done for Saturday (2/3/24) and that I would pick it up. I gave them a call 3 times and all 3 times went straight to voicemail. Not sure what they were thinking but it's pretty evident of how poorly the business is managed. I don't suggest using them at all as they will just waste your time.

Fabulous. I needed my passport photo urgently, and the photographer here helped me quickly and professionally. I had such a great time at this studio. Hope to use their service in the future again.

We had our baby's first year studio and birthday party photos with them and very satisfied with the outcome every time. The photographer was very professional and friendly with our baby even when she was crying in the beginning of her dol party. Pictures were come out beautifully. I highly recommend this studio for your little one's dol party.

Studio Hong and his team were amazing! The mother of the bride as well as other guests commented on how friendly and professional they were. They were able to capture great posed photos. I love the style of the photos.
