really shoddy work. I went in for passport photos and his camera didn't even work. He ended up using his cellphone and the photo was off-centered. It took about 20 minutes in total and while I was sitting in the backroom, I saw that the place is old and dirty, and there's a burning smell as well. He charged me $20 and I'm pretty sure I saw $18 on the price list on my way out.

Poor customer service. I needed passport photos for my kids and I. My four year old son is not the best at looking at the camera when taking pictures. While the man took digital photos as my 4 year old son sat down on the chair, the man began to complain that this was not worth $15 Dollars. He wanted my son to sit upright, have his mouth closed and look at the camera which isn’t easy for my son but he eventually got the shot around the 8th try. Upon the 8th picture shot, he went to his computer and started to complain to my husband that this does not cost $15 dollars. He wanted to charge per digital photo taken even though he did not print any of the pictures. There were no other customers in the store and we were the only family. Super disappointed with this experience. After this I went to CVS, and got his picture after 3 digital shots.

Very Bad Bad place to go take pictures!! Worst experience ever!! I took passport pictures and the immigration system turned it down because of quality. I had to re do my whole citizenship and passport pictures all over again. This place suck.

I’ve visited this place before and it was okay, but now the owner seems tire of people. Maybe you need to get a customer service program, and if you can’t place someone else to greet the customer. Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend it.

this place was absolutely horrible, the customer service representative was disrespectful and completely insulting. He kept asking “can you not read English” and saying “read English”. All around rude and too expensive. Plus he never explained the pricing until AFTER the photos were taken and insulted me when I gave him the price that was displayed/posted.
