This is a photo shop in Chinatown (Manhattan), it is located in the Confucius Plaza, there are 3 isolated shops, it is a hit difficult to locate, but I did ask around and find that ultimately. This is a family owned type shop and the photos are quick with decent quality. The passport photos are cheaper than the other shops.

In this tucked-away corner of Bowery, the Chin family have been running their business for over 46 years, passing it down from their grandfather, whose English name was Mr. Yardley, to his son and daughter-in-law and now their son, Robert — the family carry this legacy and professionalism into their work today, transforming something as simple as a passport picture or professional headshot into an artful masterpiece (with a bodega-style speed and affordability). Hidden gem for quick passport photos 2/$10 cash in 10 minutes. Small shop is a little hard to find but worth it. Friendly and very helpful in guiding us to get the right pose with the current passport photo requirements. Took three shots and we chose the one we liked the best to print. Very good experience. Highly recommend!

Went there twice to develop and scan 35m film rolls. Very inconsistent results and ruined a few (liquid marks). Don’t recommend. They offer cheap options for developing and scanning film rolls, but the quality may not meet your expectations.
