Our booking was cancelled by the host 5 days before the event due to a leasing issue, leaving us with a logistical challenge of communicating with dozens of people and possibly losing some business because some people still went to a wrong address. We had to book another place nearby so people who didn't get the update can walk but we had to pay almost twice more to the new venue.

That plant has moved seven times in two days. NY Power Ball is 155M. Is that a real NYC bike-lock-thing? Never noticed if not for the weird moving plant. More like WTF Studios.

Great studio space for smaller shoots. Great AC, clean, patio space. The owner Eric is the man.

I recently shot a music video here. Eric was very nice and helpful with the lighting. The space is big enough to shot any type of project.

Great experience. Decent size space for a shoot and the place was very clean and the staff was super accommodating.
