I would like to express appreciation to Mr Leon and his store for wonderful job they did framing my original art and totally exceeding my expectations as far as quality of work and turnaround time goes. Besides being nearly half the price quoted by neighbor Ave U store, which also said would only be ready in 2 months, they managed to do this job in 5 days. Very sweet and helpful people, happy to do their best work. I am at awe from my new painting and can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!)))

I am very honored to Recommend this great company "Vivid Photo Inc." to each and everyone. I am a realtor, and I needed to get a professional head shot done, I had been searching all over to find somewhere that not only would take a photo of me but one that would deliver "QUALITY"!!! The team at Vivid Photo Inc, took my business personal and I can tell you that I am very pleased with the outcome of my headshot. Absolutely amazing service. I had a large canvas painting and a small odd sized poster framed and the main person I worked with offered framing options which helped my indecisive mind. He also listened when I was specific about seeing the edge of the poster that were torn. Both pieces came out BEAUTIFULLY I am so happy with them. And their prices can’t be beat. They helped me to the car with them too. Even a few photos I brought in to get standard frames for and they put them in the frames for me while I was paying. It was just such a pleasant experience. 10 stars.

I made an appointment one time, I kept receiving emails which felt like every hour telling me about my appointment, unfortunately I couldn’t go ahead with the interview because of a family emergency, I called 2 times trying to tell them and went straight to voicemail, they called me so angry telling me never come here again no more appointment for you and hung up the phone without even letting me explain what had happened, I called back and he said “you’re banned no more for you, you keep photographer waiting you no come” I once again tried to explain my unfortunate situation hoping they’d understand but no he hung up again. Bad customer service, life happens and problems arise last minute. Never booking with them ever again, they need to learn how to speak properly to their customers

In my opinion you think you are only photo studio in this area? 16 2 passport photo , and if email same photo to my email 4$ extra:)) are you kidding? And you talking about you know how it is hard to upload and send photo:))))) dude, same SD card when you upload it for printing photo , you can do 10 sex to email but you charge people 4$ ? It is on the corner , ave u and ocean ave pasport photo only 12$ and free to email. Just because of being greedy you lost 3 client , 16x3=48 , and Employees are so rude, how come you can say dont touch frames:))) is it jewelry:))? I need to touch and check to buy
