I needed a passport photo, and they did a great job! Walk in, no appointment needed. $15 for 2 photos. The photographer snapped a few pics and gave me the choice of photos and advised on repositioning my hair to meet the photo requirements. The prints were immediate, professional, and my application got approved.

Fast, fantastic service. The staff was so friendly. I had a professional photo that I needed printed up size 11 x 14. They were able to print it in less than an hour. It’s beautiful! I’m so pleased. Will definitely be back!

I needed passport size pictures on a Sunday and luckily they were open. When I came in I saw several people waiting so I thought it would be a long wait but I was wrong. The wait was only a few minutes and my pictures were taken and given to me within 5 minutes. There prices were reasonable and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came here to get passport photos taken, and was so glad I did. Staff is professional, efficient, and *so friendly*! It's better to support a great local business like this than a place like CVS for something like passport photos. I can't speak to their other services (weddings, graduations, etc), but judging from the photos on the walls, I'm sure they do a wonderful job!!

I normally take my passport photos with earrings and one necklace on. I have never had it returned because of jewelry. I tuck my hair behind my ears, so that my face is visible. When I went to this spot to take the passport photos, they told me to take off my earrings and necklace. I thought maybe no jewelry is a new rule in the U.S.A. Just to find out through the Passport Agency that it is allowed as long as it’s not covering your face, etc. I call back this photography spot to ask if I have to pay to take passport pictures again due to the misinformation they gave me. They said I have to pay again, and they claimed that it wasn’t misinformation because people have had their passport photos returned. I understand that, but for future references, inform your clients what the actual rule book says and let them know what’s at risk. Don’t make the decision for your clients. I take some responsibility for not educating myself before walking in this photography spot. I still do believe if you make an error, you fix it as a company without charging your clients again. All they care about is money.
