This place is 11/10. I love dropping off my film to be developed here. I have never waited more than 24 hours for my photos to be developed, and they give you the option for both digital and print. It makes things so easy!!! Prices are far better than Amazon (for film) & CVS (for printing). The staff is also the best and so kind.

I got my passport photo taken here and not only was it quick and affordable, but they also helped me attach it to my forms and gave me advice on the actual renewal process itself. As someone who’s renewing their passport for the first time, I felt very taken care of. Highly recommend!

Mom & Pop photo lab, frame, and print shop. I brought 3 rolls of 35m film in around 3pm and I got the scans for all of them back around 7:30pm that night. Great customer service

Trilogy is amazing. We brought in several rolls of 35mm film to be developed, and they had every roll ready the same day. Not only that, but they took the time to photoshop and improve some photos that had a finger blocking the lens. Definitely recommend this place and will be back when I visit NY again.

Bought a ready-made poster frame in the interest of time for a Christmas gift. Unbeknownst to me - because you can't tell from the packaging - it's one of the most poorly made frames I've ever seen. The "glass" is a foggy plastic that obscures the image. Even for a "cheap" frame, the quality is unacceptable. I wasn't provided with a receipt (they didn't seem to be happy that I didn't go for a custom option) so there's no means of return. Total waste of $25.
