By far the worse photography session ever. I knew on arrival that it wouldn’t go well. Sara who claims she only works there on Thursdays never properly greeted my family. I had to literally break the ice which was very awkward. Then my 10 month old granddaughter had to sit through an all white background before advancing to the Christmas digital prints. I asked several times if we could bypass the white and she stated her manager requires a certain amount of White background pics which later she deleted without allowing my family to see stating “they didn’t look good anyway” very sad and disappointing. She took long pauses in between snaps losing my grand daughter’s attention. She claim she only captured 3 digital prints, thought it was more. No attempts to make my grand daughter comfortable and happy. We never had this issue before. The prints were horrible. Her hair looked green which Sara attributed to the green background used for the Christmas photos. The work going into the photo session, finding a beautiful dress, shoes, etc. First Christmas photos completely ruined. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow. Nobody should ever be treated this way. She even had to nerve to say my granddaughter needs more love from her mom and I to take good photos. As if she’s lacking love. My granddaughter simply felt unwelcomed by her. Very cold and unpleasant. She doesn’t deserve to be there.

The first picture people we went to shut down when buy buy baby closed down and this location is the closest to us so we’ve been going to this one. We enjoy coming here for photo sessions. The photographer always helps us feel comfortable and is very patient and professional with our child. We 100% recommend coming here. We’re very happy with our photos and prints (:

Not the best to come when you have young toddlers. The photographer I had was sweet but didn’t put in any effort to my son focus on the camera and have another photographer come help her too like I’ve experienced in other studios. Also, very little attention to detail . My daughter had a dress that I forgot to get her bloomers and kept saying let me fix her dress or let’s change position. Well, more than half came out with her in a pose where her diaper is showing ! Shouldn’t this be a main thing to notice and fix as a photographer? I can’t print th. Also very little props were taken out for my son and i HAD TO KEEP asking. For them to try and get different poses or interested in taking the photo. The studio manager was rude and was micro managing our photographer in front of us. Never coming back again. I wasted $250.

The staff is amazing, but the place is not ready to be open. They inform you the day before your shoot there's no bathroom. No mirrors. A staff member had to cover me up with a blanket to change in between shoots. You can only get digital copies of your pictures if you pay $220. Otherwise, your only option is to print for $22 a sheet. They need to properly make these things clear on booking.

I loved every moment of my appointment for my daughter's first holy communion photos. I arrived and we started on time. I didn't have to wait. The photographer was professional, personable, patient and helpful. She made my daughter feel completely comfortable at this photo shoot. We got so many different poses that it was hard to chose one, so I got the digital album. This wasn't our first visit and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this location.
