I went to go pick up my son's senior pictures today. I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming, the lady on the phone was great and very nice. Unfortunately when I go there in person the lady who came to the window to help me had a major attitude and just rude with her mannerism. Whoever that lady was today in the black outfit, she should not greet the customers. Keep her in the back somewhere far away from people. The pictures came out great tho.

This is the business my daughters school district has chosen for many yrs now, my daughters JHS photos were cut so horrible. I’m embarrassed to share with my family. The quality feels at its worst. I spend $72 and I can’t see where it went. The magnet photos were $17 and this is the first time I don’t want to put them up. I can cut it to straighten the photo, I’m honestly just shocked. I didn’t hesitate to spend the money because I’ve always been satisfied with my previous purchases. I think this my second bad review in my life. I couldn’t hold back. Specially during this time where parents like myself are financially struggling but want to saver these important moments, to feel like I’ve wasted money, isn’t a good feeling. Please do better in the future.

They need to hire people who will actually make sure the kids are looking decent before taking school pictures. Meaning sitting up straight, looking at the camera, making sure hair isn’t on their face etc. the smallest things but make a huge difference on the outcome of these pictures. These people can care less and then want to charge crazy amounts for the picture. Every year it gets worst and worst!!!!!

Terrible photos my son received for his high school pictures. I could not even pick one photo for his yearbook. When I contacted them to discuss they said I can do retakes for $ 10.00. Why should I pay $ 10.00 because your company have these kids posing ridiculous with their heads bent side ways, the shirt popping out of the jacket? Worst pictures I have ever seen. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Seting up appointment online was easy. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly front desk person who quickly explained the process. We waited maybe 10 minutes for the session. The photographer was professional when addressing my daughter and took his time. Overall a very good experience.
