I would like to take a moment to share my exceptional experience with Dan Copolla at Lors Photography. After over a month of back-and-forth with another employee regarding my son's missing class photos, Dan stepped in and truly made everything right. His customer service was not only professional but also incredibly thoughtful and proactive. Dan took the time to listen to my concerns, carefully investigated the issue, and worked diligently to ensure we received the photos we were missing. His attention to detail and commitment to resolving the situation were remarkable, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his efforts. Thanks to Dan, we were able to get the photos we had been waiting for, and I feel truly valued as a customer. He is a credit to Lors Photography, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for his exceptional customer service. Thank you, Dan, for going above and beyond!

My sons pictures meant a lot more to me this year for medical circumstances, and they were so kind in helping me the best possible way. We recently received our daughters senior year photos and were not completely satisfied initially. I contacted Dan Coppola who did an outstanding job working with us over several conversations / emails to make sure we were completely satisfied with the final results!! Excellent customer service! Thank you, Dan!

This year is the first time I've interacted with Lors, and I did so on a few occasions. First, my daughter had her Senior pics taken. The photographers were kind, courteous, and respectful during the process. (And one in particular was pretty humorous, making her smile.) To top it off, we love how her pictures came out, so we couldn't be more thrilled! Next, my son had school pics taken with Lors. While I was not present, he said the process went smoothly. When he brought the images home shortly after, they looked good, and he expressed that he was happy with them... No re-takes! :) Recently, my daughter had sports images taken by Lors. LOVE these! When I purchased downloads through a distributor they work with, I noticed an issue that had been initially concealed by water marks. I contacted the distributor directly (interacting over two days), however they could not help me and directed me to Lors. Now frustrated, I called Lors and was connected with Daniel. He was patient (listening to the "issue"), generous (saying it would be taken care of), and expedient (he emailed the distributor, and copied me on it, IMMEDIATELY on my behalf!). Problem solved, just like that. So thank you Lors, and especially Dan recently, for a pleasant experience with your company!! I appreciate it!

I understand children can be hard to photograph especially an entire school in one day but when we are paying a tremendous amount of money, they should be able to pace the photos during the day and not rush our kids. My child went to school with a pretty standard button down shirt and the picture we got back today was appalling. His shirt collar was completely flipped inside his shirt which is something any professional photographer would have corrected in under 10 seconds. I cannot believe we have to go through the process of a retake. However they got a contract with all these schools needs to be amended so this does not happen again next year.
