I paid for some photos for my son and never received them. Their customer service is terrible, they never answer. The same thing happened to my daughter 2 years ago. I paid for the photos and never received them. I am so disappointed with how they scam people and the worst thing is that the school does nothing.

3 orders and only one arrived and it was incomplete. 2 orders never showed up. They are refunding one and can't get a straight answer on the other one. Want to give no stars, so disregard the one Google forces me to give here. Do not order from them and if your school district is using them, suggest telling them not to. This company is nothing but a rip off. When confronted by an order that says it was shipped months ago, they said there was an error on their end. But they did not contact me and let me know they would not be shipping, even though they billed my Credit Card. I copied the entire chat with them, with the comment where they admit to the error.

Their photographers take horrible pictures of students. They won’t let the students even look at the mirror to fix themselves before taking their picture.

Don't order school pictures. I placed an order for my son's photos this fall and never received them. I received a notification digital copies were available but never received the actual prints. Tried calling and you can't get a rep. Happened to multiple students at my son's school. Avoid the headache.

I'm not a fan of you guys. I did have your services before, and let me tell you that you took the most horrible pictures I have ever seen.i don't know why the hudson schools hired you.
