I stumbled on a fur babies contest, filled it out for my fur children, not in a million years did I think I would win. However, I did!!! From the first phone call to the photo shoot to the portrait selections, the entire staff was friendly, polite, just wonderful!! Michael the photographer was amazing with my Pups, the pictures are absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to see our portrait!! Thank you so very much!

I won a pet portrait contest for the Red Bank location and went in with my cat Goose. It was a wonderful experience and the staff were so sweet and patient and highly professional. They were so thorough with the entire process from choosing a photo and frame and explaining all my options. I actually teared up seeing the photos! I absolutely loved it and cannot wait for the final products to be delivered!!

I found them through an Instagram raffle where I supposedly "won" a $2,300 pet portrait, but I ended up paying more than that for what I ordered. They charged me weekly, maxing out my card, and then asked for another card to do the same. I was 25, just starting my career after graduating during COVID, and not financially prepared for this. I drove an hour with my dog to the studio, thinking I was getting a good deal, but ended up feeling scammed. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the portraits—they were nice, but the delivery and approach of the sale, masked as a "giveaway," left me feeling misled. When I arrived, the explanation about my balance was rushed and unclear, and I felt pressured to comply because the hour-long drive made me not want to go home empty-handed. Even after explaining to Beverly, on the phone, that my card was maxed out, she quickly pushed for another form of payment without any understanding of my situation or remembering that I initially was under the impression that I won a giveaway. I didn’t "win" anything—it was just a way for them to make money. They offered fake smiles, continued charging my cards, and ultimately left me with debt. It wasn’t worth it. I’d save your money if you think you’ve won something from them through instagram.

I had a wonderful experience at Kramer Portraits yesterday! I won the free pet portrait contest on Instagram and had photos taken of my dog Molly and I. Mike and Laura were amazing! Mike knew exactly how to position us to get the best shots and was so great with Molly. All of the photos that he took looked incredible. Laura did a great job of making us feel comfortable, showing us our photos, and explaining all of the different options. At no point did I feel pressured to spend extra money beyond what was offered as a part of the contest prize. I ended up buying a few small desktop portraits and a frame for the larger portrait that I won. It was honestly more affordable than I expected. I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to see the final product!! Thank you Laura and Mike!! I will update with photos once the portraits come in 🐶 Update: Our portraits came in and they’re AMAZING!! The photos really don’t do them justice. They look even better in person!! I’m so happy with how they came out! 😊

The best experience ever, it is not just portrait it is a memory. We had our first experience 6 years ago when our daughter was 10 months old, we came back few month ago with our beautiful girl who is 7 now. Have this memory recorded, every step in creating portrait and our family experience cannot be any better. Our photographer Michelle so kind and professional as well she keeps record of everyone and remembered us from 6 years ago. They have the best, most qualified people and yes the portrait worth every dollar that you will pay. Highly recommended.
