Scheduled an appointment months in advance to take holiday photos with my pet. Showed up 15 mins early to my appointment to be told that it would be an 1hr wait and that they were “accommodating me” because they don’t do pet photos during the weekend. I called to confirm my appt 2x and was never informed of this either. had to cancel my appointment.

We visited the portrait studio in Woodbridge, New Jersey. We had an amazing experience with Junior. He was very kind, patient, and worked very well with the children. We would highly recommend this location, and working with Junior! Thank you for always making this experience seamless!

Had an amazing family photoshoot with our 9 month old baby. The photos came out so beautiful!! Photoshoot was quick and there was no wait. Jard was our photographer. He was excellent in posing us and getting our baby to smile. We will definitely be back !

Our photographer was such a nice patient guy. The wait was long. Appointments are really just suggestions. I've gone 6-7 times throughout the years and always start 45min-1hr later than scheduled. They do take their time with each family which makes it worth it because when it's your turn they don't rush you out. Realistically the company should create larger time windows. But that's not the fault of the location

I don’t like to review this very low. However this might be necessary for future changes. I have attended JCPenney portrait in Woodbridge many years. Through this time, I have seen poor planning and management from waiting time to customer service. This last experience was horrible, I was with my kids and a dog so I was given the night appointment. When I got there, I found seven people ahead of me, when I asked they said that they had earlier times then I asked a customer and she said she was given the 7pm like mine, we waited for more than an hour. Then, I saw other people coming with their pets and they were attended first than I. I was the last customer to be seen that day, my kids were tired and my dog about to poop. The bathrooms were closed and my pictures couldn’t be picked up only shipped. I never experienced this before but it is getting worse. For sure my last time at this facility. We left at 10pm.
