My wife booked us a shoot to get Wedding Anniversary photos taken, and I must say; The staff was helpful, the photographer was exceptional, all of our photos cane out great.

Reading some of these other reviews is pretty wild and it's kind of sad that they didn't get the experience I had w my sister and her kids. The photographer was Professional, Sweet, Patient, and Kind! I wanted to make this review in case someone out there wants to give them a shot, as we did, and get great memories and a good time. Thanks Pedro for a wonderful photo shoot and sesh!

I was able to schedule a holiday photoshoot today for my baby at this location due to me having a Groupon deal.However, I was only able to choose from the first 8 images due to the Groupon deal BUT they only used regular gray for the first eight and the additional photos were the holiday background which they wanted me to pay for. Which was deliberately done so I would pay more money for the real photos I wanted, it was dishonest and overall a scam. The photographer a.k.a the manager was good with my baby but was not helpful during the picture selection process. I would not recommend this place at all for holiday pictures.

They called me , told me to be on time and then they make me to wait an hour and have a very rude answer when I told them my appointment was at 7 and it was 8pm already. The men that take the pictures is rude. Take it personal since I asked for the appointment time. He answer I have an attitude and I said I am not, I am just tire and he answer me “if you are tire that’s not my problem” I mean what kind of answer is that for a customer that have to wait a hour and a haft to get her picture?. He never apologized for the delay , he just said “we are working with kids , it takes time” , men if you don’t like kids don’t take photos at JCpenny go somewhere else with your bad behavior and attitude. My husband gave him ideas of what photos we want since I new it was just 3 online picture but not, he took a lot of picture before the one that we told him and later he said you can only choose from the first 5 pictures , and we were what? That wasn’t like that before, and he said , “that’s a new policy “ and just do whatever he wants . He shouldn’t be working as a photographer, there used to be a girl with a happy face and always looking for a way of make customer happy bu this men, not way , my worst experience ever.

This place is amazing. Where to begin, the appointments have always been easy to schedule, convenient, and so far on time. The staff has always been friendly and Professional. Pedro the manager is amazing photographer and human being. He has such a way with capturing the precious moments. He is patient with the kids, and always finds a way to get them to smile. So if you are contemplating getting professional pictures, look no further. They are located inside JCPenny in Jersey City.
