Absolutely awful photography would never come again. I paid $160 for 16 photos. That seems absolutely crazy to me. On top of that, my bra was showing four out of the 16 photos. The photographer was absolutely not trained for that position. she did not give us any directions on how to seem more picture perfect like fixing my hair, positioning my feet nothing worst experience do not go.

Let me tell you about the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Booked a reservation for 12:15pm. It’s started out ok. It was crowded. It checked in & I told them I’d just roam around the store due to how crowded it was. The lady smiled & said okay if anything I’ll call you. I come back to the desk around 12:20 I asked “hey did anyone call us, I wasn’t around I just wanted to make sure” the rude women with the dark red hair gives me a blank stare & says rudely “everyone we called answered”. Like okay? Not what I asked.. but okay. That was strike 1. Strike 2, we are finally called about 30min after our reservation time. I said “Hi” so happy to my photographer. She couldn’t even make eye contact with me. Says “Hi” in the lowest tone under her breath. I saw the group before us was giving her a hard time so I cut her some slack. The set is ready. She’s asking me if I want any holiday props. As if it’s my job to retrieve them from the corner. Asking me like I work here and know what props are available? Couldn’t even stand herself up to grab one and set it up. A present box was next to her and she threw it & said to me child “you like the present? Go get the present” she threw in across the floor as if my child was a dog who should go retrieve it. I looked at my fiancé and he looked back at me & I literally had to talk myself out of making a scene. I let it go because my response would have caused a scene. Maybe this was her dry humor I didn’t understand. At this point I’m making excuses to keep myself together. Mind you another photographer is coming in and out of my shoot grabbing props for another room. I’m getting pictures taken of a 1 yr old. Why would you distract & disrupt her like that when you know it’s already hard to get pictures of a 1 yr old? I’m in disbelief. Whatever the pictures have been taken let’s just pay & go. This was a mid size Caucasian women. I didn’t bother get any names. Strike 3 it’s time to check out. Red hair woman is over her job & is rushing me to give her a promo code to check me out & I barely looked at the photos of my kid on the screen. I literally had to tell her to wait because I ACTUALLY WANT TO SEE THE PICTURES. Mind you they were pre selected for me???? Who is the parent of the child in the picture? Then she proceeds to speed through all of these cute little Christmas collages. So I asked her “what is that? Is it being sent to me like that?” Because I noticed she was just dragging and dropping anything in a rush. She parted her lips & said “no, only if you paid for that. It makes you do all of this just to check out.”…. I would’ve been more than happy to buy anything with my kids face on it if you showed me something nice. I love photos I literally came in with a $700 budget looking to order canvas’ and framed photos, magnets, etc for her grandparents. BUT I’ll take my money elsewhere & get all of that made. I just wanted my kids pictures and wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Worst $105 I ever spent. Jcp yall lost a couple hundred today! & from the looks of the other customers they were upset as well after dealing with the attitudes! I understand holidays can be hectic with a job like that. I understand crowds and dealing with difficult customers. But today’s service was absolutely garbage and I hope none of you bring your family here. Disrespectful, slow, and full of attitude. If you hate your job then quit! Don’t let your misery spill over into the customer experience. TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS FAMILY ELSEWHERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

OMG. Me and my family do this every year and this year will be the last. There was a photographer and an assistant who is so post to pose us. She had no idea what to do and asked us to pose ourself. They didn't offer props or anything. I suggested a prop and my 8 year old had to get it herself and me and my husband had to figure out a pose. Disgusting service. Never doing it again. Need to hire people who know how to interact with people and know what they are doing. What a waste of time.

My photographer was Sarah. I booked a pet photoshoot for my dog's 10th birthday on March 9, 2024. Sarah, thank you for extending our session and giving Jerry these beautiful pictures. Jerry passed away March 10th, 2024 due to heart failure and I have these beautiful photos to commemorate him forever. I also want to thank the lady who edited the pictures, I never got her name but she's a sweetheart. Keep doing the good work you guys do. ❤️🕊️🙏🏽
