I’ve been coming here for years but this time around was overall terrible, I showed up early for our holiday pictures and was told there were 3 parties ahead the wait time would be 30-45 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. When we finally were getting our photos taken I expressed to our photographer France M that my toddler is Autistic to please be patient especially after the long wait. She was not patient in fact seemed irritated. The photos she took of my daughter were blurry only 2/3 of the pictures were decent. I ended up being told we will take a few as a courtesy from the lady at the front desk. France came out about 20-30 minutes telling me that I would have to wait until 8 pm to be accommodated. I told her I couldn't wait as at that point it was 6pm and I arrived at 3:20. She was annoyed with me and I told her there was no need for attitude, but we were waiting for a long time and my Autistic child was not having it and I dont have a car to come another time. She said well if you want you will have to wait until 8. I asked them for her name and the team at the front desk stated they could not give me her name. I ended up finding out her name because the pictures say the photographers name. Please teach your “professional photographers” to be a little more nicer and understanding that people with children especially special needs toddlers who’ve been waiting around aren’t trying to be difficult we are just trying to have an easy and smooth transition for EVERYONE

Terrible place. The lady who was taking pictures today was awful, she couldn’t get a single shot right, unable to get a decent picture of my daughter and got mad because she didn’t stay still. Do you know what is a 2 years old???? If she is unable to work with kids JUST SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. She gave us little time. At the end almost 300 dollars for pictures are better taken with my cell phone. PLEASE think twice before wasting your money here.

This place is an absolute rip-off, if you don’t take the pictures from them with a high mark up cost and choose the digital option, they will send low resolution, highly pixelated images. I choose this option because I work at a print center and the images were not a quality by any 2024 camera.They absolutely know the scheme to suck the money out of your wallet.

Yesterday afternoon supposed to be my daughter picture day for her birthday and the holiday. I went there on time with her, actually few minutes before her schedule time. We waited outside for almost half and hour before she was called to go inside for her picture. After the session we sat outside for over 45 minutes waiting to see the pictures, mind you we were seating right in front the desk. My daughter became impatient and asked me for us to go home. Few minutes after one lady came to me to inform us that the pictures that were just taking were not save on a disk, and I can reschedule another session as if she knows my everyday schedule. I have been going there for 5 years never encounter such disrespect. I left there with a sad, crying child, because she was looking forward to see how her 7th birthday pictures will look like. She even chose her own poses. When I request to speak to the manager I was told the manager was not available for the day. All I want to know what criteria you guys use when selecting your employees. It is like, it is okay you waste your time and we made your child sad, just reschedule, no respect, no professionalism. They argued about who supposed to put the disk in the camera right in front of us, playing the blaming game as a show for us while waiting for nothing. Please who ever is the manager do your best to recruit people with strong interest in what they are doing, who treat customers with respect, not like those I met yesterday afternoon, their customers services skills are way below negative value if they have any.

I could have used my iPhone to take my birthday pictures. The pictures quality was bad. They need to upgrade the cameras. Pictures were blurry. We asked for a frame instead of them to state that the frame size won’t fit the picture. Instead they printed the picture with my husband head cut halfway. We returned it and the second time they cut the bottom and our legs didn’t show. I just gave up. They need to stop hiring amateurs and get new cameras. The service offered is a rip off
