This set of stages is much better and everything that was in the area for a very long time. Easy access for trucks. The stages vary in soze but there are a couple of decent size stages. They also have a full rental house. They have clean restrooms that are non gender specific. Finding parking in the neighborhood is not the easiest but there is a lot nearby.

Large studio spaces with nice bathrooms ND facilitiea, but not a sound stage! Neighbor next store was loud and we had to hold multiple times. There's also very little insulation, so it was very cold in December.

The best studio in NYC hands down! I don’t want to shoot anywhere else and once you work there you won’t either. Shout out to Mike Yetters for being an all around awesome guy!
