Great service. Mr Kim was very polite and had my pictures ready in no time! He even was nice enough to said i looked good when i was actually looking like a potato in my visa picture! Will definitely be coming back

Hello Everyone, As the owner's son, I want to address some aspects regarding my dad's behavior. Firstly, he's not perfect; he has his flaws like anyone else. However, he's an incredibly loving and caring person, not just towards his family but also towards everyone around him. He embraces people from all walks of life, regardless of their background. Whether you're black, white, transgender, disabled, or belong to any other group, my dad respects and accepts you. Sometimes, he might lose his patience and come off as rude. However, I believe it's usually in response to customers who are being excessively rude or irrational themselves. I've advised him to maintain kindness and patience even in such situations. If you genuinely can't afford something, my dad is understanding and willing to help. But if someone tries to take advantage of him, he's not naive and won't tolerate it. My dad's journey hasn't been easy. He immigrated his entire family here, and English isn't his first language. Despite facing hardships, including his mother's illness and passing when he was just 18, he's shown incredible strength and kindness throughout. Additionally, although he owns a photo shop now, he holds an engineering degree from the top engineering school in Korea, Hanyang University. It's worth noting that my dad has never boasted about attending such a prestigious institution. Before leaving a review, I urge everyone to reflect objectively on the situation. I have been here twice and I received very nice customer service and my prints were of an excellent quality. The owner is friendly and attentive, and I plan to return when I need more quality prints developed.

I told him I want a picture with a pure white background but still he turned on the orange light to take the picture. When I saw the photo I told him right away that the background is not white but he told me I know better I take 20 photos for passport everyday. And as I feared my photo my rejected by the passport office.

Had a problem with this very INEPT, UNPROFESSIONAL owner a decade ago & stupidly decided to give him another try. Horrible experience! He lies (tells you he'll text updates, never does); tells you what you want to hear (said it would be a one week wait for processing...took 3 weeks, & he only produced the merchandise after I got loud & insistent with him); he mislabeled my discs, therefore he transferred home movie reels out of chronological order; outrageously expensive (misled me about prices per home movie reel; made me think $30 plus 20-cents per additional foot, but it was $30 EACH REEL & then the additional cost per foot - 2.25 reels came to $200!); horrible quality (image on DVD jumps up & down from faulty projection transfer). Shop is an absolute mess & as disorganized as the owner. Merchandise & fixtures are yellow with age & covered with dust. Not an inch of open space on the countertops. Acts like he doesn't have a minute to breathe, yet there's NEVER any customers in the place. He's usually standing on his stoop, arms folded, waiting for a customer. Don't know how they stay open with such non-existent business coupled with the way they screw everything up & act like it's no bid deal on top of that. DON'T PATRONIZE!
