This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t know how such a simple process that should take no more than 15 min end up taking a couple hours and having to get my photo retaken twice. Even then the photo did not come out nearly as professional as I would have liked as they put 0 effort into the trimming and all sorts. Not to mind you, they do not care how it turns out all and even rushed me to take the photo. I hate leaving bad reviews about businesses but this was honestly such a bad experience, I hope no one has to go through this.

About the same price passport photos as other random places you'll find all over the neighborhood but a way nicer experience and much more professional results if you care about them coming out looking nice!

I can not say enough good things about this establishment. My maternity photoshoot was sheer perfection. They were punctual and courteous. The store has cute little suits & dresses for kids as well as some outfit changes you can rent & so many other nice items for sale like tiaras & accessories etc. That's pretty cool. The photographer was phenomenal she had such great pose & backdrop suggestions & she took beautiful photos. It was so difficult to choose photos for the package because they all were so good. I love this photo studio and I will be taking all of our family photos here from now on and I'll never go anywhere else.

Carlos, the photographer is phenomenal! He was great and took an amazing headshots. I can't recommend him enough. This is something that I was looking for, however the front desk was very rude and I had a terrible customer service experience. The lady was extremely rude whenever you were asking questions and she was charging me more that the whole service was supposed to. I paid huge difference because I was charged of the clothing change, different background. I spoke with the photographer before taking the pictures and explained that I just need one headshot but he wanted to give me options and assured me that this is fine and I can still choose one picture even if we will try few options. The things were different when it came to paying. The lady was throwing very rude comments to me instead of explaining. I left the studio very sad and frustrated that I couldn't do anything but just to let her treat me that way. I would recommend getting in touch with the photographer since he is great and don't talk with the front desk that is not professional at all. Specifically saying the Asian women. I don't recommend at all.
