My first professional headshot experience with Ambe was absolutely fantastic! From our initial email exchange to the final photos, every step exceeded my expectations. During our phone consultation, Ambe's friendly approach made it feel like chatting with a longtime friend. Her thoughtful questions helped me clarify exactly what looks I wanted. I added the hair and makeup service with Starr—definitely worth it! Walking into the studio, I was immediately greeted by both Ambe and Starr with amazing energy. The session felt like quality girl time where we happened to be taking photos. Ambe's expert eye helped select my two best looks, and she created the perfect atmosphere with a playlist of Aaliyah, SZA, and Jill Scott. Throughout the shoot, Ambe provided excellent direction that built my confidence with each click. My initial nervousness disappeared almost immediately. In just one hour, we accomplished so much—when I got a sneak peek of the photos, I was in love with the results. This experience was incredible, largely because of how comfortable Ambe and Starr made me feel. The bar has been set incredibly high! I would absolutely shoot with Ambe again and recommend her services to anyone looking for professional photos with a personal touch.

Just had my first shoot with Ambe yesterday and I can already say it won’t be my last!! Ambe created such a fun, warm environment and was excellent at guiding me through different poses. Extra shoutout to the makeup artist that was at my Shoot Starr, the three of us had a wonderful time together!!

Ambe is that girl! This photoshoot was so efficient and so filled with good energy from start to finish. She has a great system of helping create poses and moments of storytelling in her photography and is a valuable resource for wardrobe options, inspiration, and multiple storylines. I would highly recommend anyone shoot with her and also a big shout out to Arnold Harper II and Tee Chavez for styling and makeup!
